William Adams’ Product Support Team, including all of our Parts and Service employees, is committed to working with you to understand your needs and provide options that offer the best solutions for your business.
Our Product Support Sales Representatives can provide you with a level of expertise in managing the maintenance and repair of your heavy equipment. Managing machine systems such as the Undercarriage, Hydraulics, Ground Engaging Tools, Engines and Power Train is critical in cost-effective ownership of your equipment. William Adams aims to provide you with the lowest cost per hour to minimise downtime and extend the productive life of your Cat and competitive equipment.
Helping you achieve the lowest cost per hour for your equipment is the focus of our Product Support Team. One way we accomplish this is through managing Undercarriage for your track-type machines by performing Custom Track Service and providing parts and service options for maintenance and repair of the undercarriage system. Other system support solutions that are provided by William Adams range from Preventative Maintenance Services to Repair Agreements and Standard 3748 Maintenance Agreements. Our Customer Support Agreement services include on-site Preventative Maintenance Services, Custom Hydraulic Service, Annual Air Conditioner Service and Total Maintenance and Repair Agreements. Our Product Support reps can help customise any of these services or develop new service solutions that cater to your operation.
We can also provide Rebuild Options for your Cat machine which is an extremely cost effective option compared to machine replacement. Caterpillar machines are “built to be rebuilt” and William Adams offers the option of rebuilding a machine to a "like new" condition at significant savings. We offer a range of rebuild options including the Cat Certified Rebuild, Cat Certified Power Train Rebuild and Dealer Rebuild, all of which carry warranties, extended service coverage and the option to be customised to suit your budget and needs.
