Dealer Learner Management System (DLMS) is Caterpillar’s global on-line training system, and is well utilised by Dealers across the world as a knowledge database of technical and associated information relating to the Cat business.

 

It is a tool that assists dealer employees, managers and training administrators in managing Caterpillar learning content for dealer personal growth and professional development. 

 

It serves the entire Caterpillar Dealer Network by providing a single point of access to worldwide training and performance improvement resources.  Areas of DLMS include technical, safety, sales, management and professional skills, new product information, engineering drawings and product information.

 

Once staff members have achieved this certification they are awarded with a Diploma to recognise their achievement.
